Cultures covered in the 3 hour workshop include Sauerkraut, Lacto-fermented vegetables, milk and water Kefir, Kombucha and other fabulous ferments. You will also learn how to make fermenting starters.
Mother Cultures (Scoby), cultured foods and fermentation equipment available for purchase on the day.
Small, fun, informative, hands on classes which include comprehensive notes, tastings and your own take home sauerkraut.

Fermenting Crock Pots
We would like to introduce our new range of crockpots, manufactured to very exacting standards at the Zaklady Ceramiczne factory in Poland, using lead free glazes.
5L, 10L, 15L and 20L crockpots are available.
If you order prior to a workshop Christine will deliver directly to you, saving a $25 delivery charge.
Crockpots ordered after a workshop will be sent via Australia Post, postage costs worked out on their weight, approx $25-$30 a crock.
Crockpots can be used to make Sauerkrauts, Kimchi, Lacto-fermented vegetables, pickles, fermented salsa etc
2L fermentation jars also available for $25 as well as individual 2L jars and airlocks.
All equipment will be demonstrated and available for sale at the workshop.
